I don't want reinstall Windows 10 again just because Microsoft can't test everything before they release new update.Windows 10 users and administrators report widescale network printing issues after installing the KB5006670 cumulative update and other updates released this week. And now I don't know what is blocking my L2TP VPN connection. I have tried upgrade to Windwith MediaCreationTool again. Nvidia drivers with "Perform a clean install" option checked. And guess what? After October Update L2TP VPN is not working AGAIN. Yesterday I was able to connect to L2TP VPN, and I have nothing installed/uninstalled or changed in any configuration.

Today I installed Windows 10 October Update. So I restored my Windows 10 from system image and made a video to send report to Nvidia.

After a while I finally found that Geforce Experience is blocking L2TP connections, So I made system backup before starting to install programs. After Windows 10 and all drivers was installed, I tried to connect to L2TP VPN and it worked. I tried almost every single possible solution you can find on Google, but nothing helped. So I was unable to connect to L2TP connections, it always stuck on "Connecting to".
